探讨了利用高空域、长寿命(HAVE)同温层平台提高局域差分定位系统(LADGPS)覆盖范围的可行性。设计了一种空基增强系统结构方案，并对系统预期要达到的性能进行了讨论。
A possible scenario is discussed in which the main features of the HAVE platform are exploited to promote the Coverage of LADGPS System.In the end,the system architecture and expected performance are analyzed in detail.
