The real time supervision of some state parameters related to the test resorce and the UUT is the key problem that must be solved during the devolopment of auto test system.In this paper,the real time data supervision has been realized by applying the share memory technology.The test result shows that this method can be used in the real time supervising effectively.And the safety of the test system has been improved.
