Abstract:Our country's measurement law basically fits the market demands of measurement work.But some measurement administration regulations and laws are not fitting well with the measurement market trends and demands,and they are not fitting the national measurement work for the international joint also.So the reform must be done and that will make our country's measurement work towards the legalization,internationalization and market.
