Auto-accepting System of TDS600 Series Digital Oscilloscopes which adapted the mode of man-computer interface to replace the original manner operating approaches, is based on computer RIC386 as central control unit and sine-wave generator such as SG503 as signal standard. The digital oscilloscopes are program controlled through interface bus GP - IB. The results and wave forms can printed and plotted. It can accept all performances of the oscilloscopes and point out if all specifications of the instrument are satisfied within limits. According to introductions displayed on screens, the primary users may make all acceptance step by step and find out the results.
