空气冷却器在航空发动机上的应用及流动传热试验分析技术研究

      本文综合分析了空气冷却器(换热器)在航空发动机上的应用方向,明确指出紧凑高效是航空发动机用空气冷却器的主要技术特点。为实现紧凑高效的设计需求,必须应用有效地流动传热试验方法及分析技术。温度变化和压力损失是衡量空气冷却器的直接技术指标,应用常规测量技术可以获得,同时也需要借助PIV和MRI等先进测试手段开展流动和传热优化设计。在分析技术的研究中发现:热动力曲线和传热有效度分析方法可以更直观地表征空气冷却器的换热性能,有利于工程应用。
英文摘要:
      The process of flow and heat transfer experiments in an aeroengine heat exchanger is presented in this paper,and given the summary and prosepect of flow and heat transfer measurement in aeroengine. In modern gas turbine expernments of the flow in an aeroengine Heat Exchanger is the key for the CCA system.High efficiency and compactness are the main feature for an aeroengine heat exchanger. Experimental data show the flow and heat transfer characteristics at different working conditions and obtain the local convection coefficient and the total pressure loss coefficient. PIV and MRI are useful for future research. The results are of benefit to modern aeroengine.
