Abstract:The key factors affecting the application of Blackbody Radiator are introduced, including caliber, effective emissivity, probe temperature difference and temperature controlled repeatability. Based on the analysis of the above factors, the corresponding verification methods and improvement measures are put forward in combination with specific examples; the relation between the above four key factors and the three traceability methods of Blackbody Radiator is analyzed, and suggestions on the selection of Blackbody Radiator and the traceability methods are given.

Abstract:This paper puts forward a new algorithm for the secondary development of CATIA surface normal vector and coordinate transformation in VB language.Based on the direction cosine method and three special points on the axis of the new coordinate system, the algorithm ingeniously solves the instability of the function provided by CATIA for measuring angle in the secondary development of VB language, and avoids a series of calculations (such as calculating the direction cosine value by angle) directly using measuring angle, thus providing a strong guarantee for the correctness of CMM data source. Based on the research results, The author has successfully developed "CMM measurement point acquisition auxiliary software" with VB language and obtained the relevant software copyright.

Abstract:For ultra-low emission flue gas monitoring, a portable high temperature flue gas analyzer based on UV differential absorption spectrum technology is developed and designed. The measurement principle, mechanical structure, optical and temperature control design of the analyzer are described in this article. The instrument is tested under different environmental conditions with different concentrations of SO2 and NOx standard gas. The test results show that the performance index of the instrument can meet the requirements of environmental protection management and environmental pollution emergency monitoring, and it has good environmental adaptability. In the future, based on the current hardware platform of the instrument, it can also be applied to the navigation monitoring in the field of atmospheric monitoring through the extended design and application development.

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of large machining deformation and poor milling stability in the manufacturing process of thin-walled curved torsional transonic blade profile of titanium alloy blisk, a pre deformation control method for machining integral blisk is proposed in this paper. The position degree and twist angle of blade profile are obtained by 3D profile detection technology, and the bending and torsion deformation of blade are controlled by reverse compensation method of profile milling deformation error. The results show that the method can effectively improve the machining accuracy and the qualified rate of finished products.

Abstract:The on-line measurement technology of CNC machine tools is widely used in the on-line measurement of large-scale workpieces such as thin and composite materials, so as to ensure that the processing quality of the workpiece meets the requirements. Aiming at the problems of environmental interference and long time consuming in the calibration of on-line measurement system of CNC machine tools, according to the technical requirements in practical work, this paper proposes a calibration technology for on-line measurement system of CNC machine tools, which is suitable for the enterprise, and combines with compensation technology The correction of unit spacing is provided to ensure that the indication error of axis length meets the technical requirements. The experimental results show that the calibration method has good accuracy, high efficiency, and has the value of technology promotion.

Abstract:The investigation is focus on the calibration method of laser marker ,that based on the practical test-experience. Firstly, the working principle, classification and testing status of laser marker are introduced in this article. Secondly, the design of laser marker calibration device, the analysis and measurement method of laser marker measurement error are mainly introduced. Abstract:In order to study the dynamic characteristics of turbine flowmeter under pulsating flow, the pulsating flow field in turbine flowmeter is simulated by FLUENT software. In the study, the instantaneous output flow of turbine flowmeter under different pulsation amplitude and frequency is obtained,and the average value, pulsation amplitude and initial phase of the output flow under different conditions are obtained by sine function fitting. Then the amplitude-frequency characteristics and phase-frequency characteristics of turbine flowmeter are analyzed. The amplitude-frequency characteristics decrease linearly with the pulsation frequency, while the phase-frequency characteristics increase with frequency and then tend to be stable.

Abstract:A high precision inductance measuring device based on a dual-source automatic balanced bridge is built in order to achieve high precision, high efficiency and wide range inductance measurement. The device automatically adjusts the bridge to balance and measures the ratio of voltage across the bridge in order to calculate the inductance. Digital phase sensitive detection and parsimonious Newtonian iteration are applied to ensure that the balancing point can be found efficiently and accurately. A sampling system based on high-speed digitizers can increase precision and range of measurement. In typical frequencies including 100Hz, 1kHz and 10kHz, inductances in 10μH~10H can be measured by this device through adjusting the bridge to balance. The device can achieve a measurement stability of 5×10-6 during 90 minutes, and its accuracy is consistent with Impedance Analyzer Agilent E4980, which can be experimentally verified.

Abstract:2270 piezoelectric accelerometer is usually used as a standard accelerometer to develop the measurements and transmission works, which will have a great impact on the measurement results if the installation direction is unreasonable. In order to research the relationship between its installation direction and measurement results, the working principle and the structure of it are analyzed firstly. The influence of install resonance frequency on its sensitivity and the relationship between its installation direction and install resonance frequency are discussed secondly. The experimental research is carried out at last. It shows that reasonable installation direction can ensure excellent frequency response characteristics and amplitude linearity of the accelerometer sensitivity in different applications.

Abstract:With the rapid growth of environmental test equipment measurement business, there are a large number of automatic calibration software for environmental test equipment in the market, but these software generally have problems such as incomplete function, single procedure and inconvenient operation. In view of the lack of software on the market, this paper designs an automatic test software for environmental test equipment, which has good compatibility, supports multi procedure coverage and multi parameter calibration function, so as to provide strong guarantee for the high efficiency and high accuracy measurement of environmental test equipment.

Abstract:The management system for traditional manual and semi-automatic barcode has disadvantages and shortcomings of the real time and convenience of the work, the dynamic tracking management system for samples based on RFID technology is designed. The functions of accurate positioning, dynamic tracking, automatic updating information and wireless upgrading for the electronic label through the application system are realized.
