Abstract:Aiming at the universal influence brought by the revision of the SI, the role and impact of the miniaturization and chipization trend of measurement standards are discussed. To industry measurement, in combination with the characteristics of the aviation industry, in particular, the challenges and opportunities for the revision of the SI, the miniaturization of measurement standards, and the trend of chipping, which have brought the measurement to the aviation industry, have been systematically discussed, including the integration of industry measurement and quantization. The calibration integrates into the life cycle of industry products, the integration of quantization metrology and virtual instrumentation technology, and the promotion of chip metrology to industrial metrology. At the same time, the prospects for response are given.

Abstract:The calibrators for levels is used for calibrating the division value error of the shaft levels and frame levels. Based on the design principle of the calibrators for levels, It is pointed out that the indication error is an index of the accuracy of the calibrators for levels, and a general mathematical model of the error of indication is put forward, the key to measuring the indication error of the calibrators for levels is analyzed.

Abstract:The three-axis turntable is the key equipment of the model coefficient calibration of the inertial measurement unit. Its integrated pointing error will affect the calibration test and reduce the application accuracy of the inertial measurement unit. For practical engineering application, based on the black box analysis method, the simulation analysis and data mining are carried out, and the rule of test error caused by the integrated pointing error is studied. According to this, the optimal discrete calibration method of inertial measurement unit based on the UOT three-axis turntable is arranged. Through tests on 24 positions and 6 rotations of 5 initial states, the calibration error is restrained to the greatest extent with the shortest calibration time, and the calibration accuracy is significantly higher than the traditional method, which has important engineering application value.

Abstract:Research on calibration technique of thrust force and related influence parameters,in order to solve the field calibration problem of the important test parameters related to the measurement and conversion of engine thrust. These parameters include thrust, fuel flow, temperature, humidity, pressure, speed, air flow, nozzle area, etc. The accurate measurement of these parameters is the premise to obtain the engine thrust and the converted thrust. In this paper, the test parameters, control parameters related to aero engine test and thrust measurement, measurement tools, and traceability standards and requirements used in the study of aerodynamic correction method for additional thrust resistance of indoor test bench are reviewed. A relatively complete traceability system is formed to guide the reliability requirements of the test data in the research work, so as to ensure that these basic work do not have problems as far as possible.

Abstract:Air-to-air missiles require various impact tests before delivery.The experiments simulated various impact environment during the missile’s life cycle.The range of micro scale experiments for missile landing or launch is lower than the calibration range for domestic minimum impact acceleration.In this paper,shock calibration and vibration calibration are combined.This method solves the problem that the detection sensor used in the micro-scale test cannot trace the source.And this method guarantees the reliability and accuracy of the micro-impact test.

Abstract:At present, there are two major methods to measure the cylindrical threads, one is the contact method by thread measuring machine and the other one is the three-wire method (and two-ball method) by length measuring machine. However, the measurement results by the two methods are different in some ways, which leads to controversy. This paper presents the structural principles of cylindrical screw thread measuring by thread measuring machine, constructs the geometric model of contour scanning, designs the algorithm of tip radius compensation, and analyzes the error factors of the testing method. The profile scanning method of thread comprehensive measuring machine proposed in this paper has the characteristics of high measuring accuracy, high speed, comprehensive parameters, automatic detection process and little human interference. It is the best method of thread comprehensive parameter measurement.

Abstract:According to the current calibration specification of blackbody radiator, the reference blackbody radiator is calibrated by comparison method. Taking a blackbody radiation source standard device as an example ,the calibration principle, the composition of the device and the related performance analysis are introduced. Finally, the uncertainty of the reference blackbody radiator is evaluated according to the standard device.

Abstract:In view of the problems existing in the calibration of radiation thermometers, a high repeat precision calibration device for radiation thermometers is proposed. By introducing the structure and using method of the device, this paper expounds that it has higher flexibility and generality to fix the thermometer to be tested by using elastic clamps, and that the way of "one thermometer with one set of clamp and one calibration bench to be shared" has higher mechanization degree and working efficiency. The test and test results show that the device has high repeat precision.

Abstract:Through the analysis of applicable fields, relevant national standards and technical parameters, introduce the similarities and differences of the two hydrostatic testers; at the same time, based on the above analysis, the selection and calibration method of the standard in the process of hydrostatic test instrument calibration are discussed, as well as the possible problems in the calibration process and the methods that need attention and take.

Abstract:In order to automatically verify the temperature parameters of the gas chromatograph, a new automatic temperature verification system is designed. This paper presents the composition and module design of the temperature data acquisition instrument. The Android mobile phone terminal application software by Java programming uses the Android Studio development environment and the serial communication technology, to realize the temperature measurement, paperless recording and automatically verification of the column box temperature stability and the program temperature repeatability of the gas chromatograph. Finally, the accuracy of the temperature data acquisition instrument is verified by the measurement calibration. The error of the indicated value in the measurement range is less than 0.3℃, which proves the feasibility of the design. Compared with the traditional method, the automatic temperature verification system of gas chromatograph designed in this paper improves the working efficiency and reduces the pressure and pressure for the verifier.

Abstract:Based on AMS270E "high temperature measurement" , a test program for the uniformity of moving slab in a large continuous heat treatment furnace is designed by using the self-developed black box furnace temperature measurement system, the uniformity of S35c slab continuous heat treatment furnace in a steel plant was tested and analyzed based on the design. The test results show that the self-developed black box furnace temperature test system can meet the temperature uniformity test requirements of continuous motion of high-temperature Slab. The temperature of the slab increases rapidly after being fired, and gradually reaches the target temperature and enters the homogenization stage. Compared with the data of the homogenization stage, the temperature at each position of the slab reaches the target, and the overall temperature uniformity is good, the heat treatment temperature and time of slab in furnace are consistent with the requirement of process design. It provides an effective method for homogeneity and slab test of large-scale continuous furnace.
