Abstract:Both the test tasks and test activities of civil airplane are discussed, and three kinds of tests are summarized in detail, including performance tests, function tests, and malfunction diagnosis. Combining with the analysis of test tasks in different stages, a technical frame about civil airplane test systems is presented, which includes five parts: tasks system, hardware system, methods and statutes system, traceability system, and persons. The construction of the test systems of civil airplane is discussed, and the importance of measurement ability in test activities is specifically discussed.

Abstract:There are three key factors for working condition-oriented calibration of transducers,which are the frequency of the input signal, the change of the intrinsic parameters of transducers, and the effects of the working environment. The three factors can be presented in one formula. Among them, the dynamic calibration of transducers is the most critical and complicated while the definition and expression of the dynamic error in time-domain are the keys to achieve dynamic calibration.

Abstract:In this paper, the vibration suppression of cantilever beam support system under strong flow field is studied, and a set of vibration suppressor system is designed using piezoelectric ceramic as actuator based on the actual vibration condition of the model support system in transonic facility. The model support sting is designed, and the axial and circumferential installation positions of the active vibration damper are optimized to obtain the best output performance of the active vibration damper. Based on the PD control algorithm, a laboratory simulation system is set up, and the excitations with acceleration amplitudes of 0.5g, 1.3g, and 2g are applied to the free end of the model. The experimental results show that the residual amplitude ratios are 12%, 10%, and 26%. A good vibration suppression effect is achieved.

Abstract:Through the comparison and analysis of test result, this paper indicates that the temperature block can greatly improve calibration furnace’s uniformity and sheathed thermocouple calibration accuracy. It also discusses how to use the block in actual work.

Abstract:In this paper, a new combination measurement system is established by fixing the μ-base laser ranger on the theodolite. For, The relative position between the ranger and the theodolite in this combined measurement system was precisely calibrated, and the distance measured by the laser ranger was converted into the distance from the center of the theodolite to the target. Combined with the angle value measured by the theodolite, a three-dimensional measuring system which could be able to meet the requirements of the large-scale and ultra-high precision measurement was formed. By analyzing the accuracy of the combination system, a high precision calibration method was proposed, which makes the distance accuracy from the center of theodolite to the target point reach 16.9μm. The accuracy of the measurement system was analyzed, and the results showed that the measurement accuracy of the combination system was better than that of the laser tracker. Therefore, the combination of theodolite and laser ranger mentioned above provided a solution to the challenge of large scale and ultra-high precision measurement in the industrial field.

Abstract:A displacement measurement method based on Fabry-Perot interferometer is introduced. In order to overcome the limit in displacement measurement range of usual Fabry-Perot interferometer, the length of the Fabry-Perot cavity is measured by tracing the frequencies of two adjacent resonance peaks using two frequency-tunable lasers, and the displacement of the measurement mirror can be determined by the length change of Fabry-Perot cavity. The measurement range can be expanded to millimeter level by using this method. The main factors that affect the measurement accuracy are analyzed briefly and the result shows that the displacement measurement accuracy of nanometer level can be achieved.

Abstract:The methods of data processing and results characterization are introduced based on the program of inter-laboratory comparison of the digital oscilloscope time base verification capability. The outliers of the time base measurement results of a laboratory and the reasons of the misjudgments of verification results are analyzed. The processing method of similar problems in actual inspections are provided.

Abstract:In order to study the correction method of instrument coefficient of turbine flowmeter that works in aviation lubricating oil with variable temperature, four turbine flowmeters are calibrated at different temperature points using the flow standard facility which works with aviation lubricating oil and the temperature can be regulated. The calibration results are corrected by fitting with double exponential decay function. The results show that the error of the meter coefficient after corrected at each temperature and flow rate is less than 1% ., and the correction method is universal.

Abstract:The measurement methods of FPD flicker rate and response time are introduced, and a system for flicker rate and response time calibration is developed according to the specific traceability requirements from the FPD industry. A standard screen that the brightness, flicker rate and response time of the built-in function signal generator are adjustable is developed. The flicker rate and response time calibration system including the standard screen, high speed photometric detector and high precision oscilloscope is set up. The measurement characteristics of the system is studied and the measurement results are verified. It is shown that this calibration system meets the traceability requirements of measurement standards and can be used for calibration of the display flicker rate and response time.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of whether the indication error of the AC charging point for electric vehicle is influenced by the ambient temperature and humidity, an experimental method was used to measure the indication error of the AC charging point using the special AC charging point tester with the temperature and humidity as the experimental variables. The relationship between the changes of ambient temperature and humidity and the changes of the indication error of the AC charging point was given. Then the reason of the effect of the ambient temperature and humidity on the indication error of the AC charging point was analyzed briefly. Finally, the conclusion that the change of indication error of the AC charging point was rated to the changes of the ambient temperature ,instead of the changes of the ambient humidity ware obtained.
