Abstract:Non contact measurement technology is paid more and more attention for its unique advantages in vibration measurement. This paper introduces the main content of the 12th International Conference on Vibration Measurements by Laser and Non Contact Techniques. The conference is divided into two categories of measurement technology and application areas, and includes the interference measurement, laser Doppler vibration measurement technology, tip timing measurement and its sensors etc. And the latest applications of other non-contact measurement technologies are introduced.

Abstract:Karl Fischer coulometry is a classical method for the determination of water content. It has a potential in the determination of water content in gas owing to its high sensitivity and accuracy. In present study, a comparison method was employed to investigate the accuracy of Karl Fischer method for water content in gas, namely the gas with a stable humidity produced by a humidity generator was provided to the dew-point meter and Karl Fischer coulometer simultaneously. The effects of initial drift and sample mass on the repeatability of water content were investigated. It indicated that the lower initial drift and larger sample mass make more repeatable results. The effects of methanol content in the Karl Fischer reagent on the reaction were investigated. It indicated that the lower the methanol content, the greater the indication error. The accuracy of Karl Fischer coulometry for the gas with a dew-point in the range of (-60℃~-16℃) was investigated. It indicated that the error of Karl Fischer coulometry (0.4℃~2.6℃) was small with a dew-point of (-50.5℃~-19.9℃). However, the error Karl Fischer coulometry was -5.9℃ with a dew-point of -58.1℃. These results were valuable reference for the application of Karl Fischer coulometry for the water content in gas.

Abstract:A certain type of air to air missile has a problem in operation whose hit rate of long trajectory is lower. So the driving ability of the target simulator swing mirror need to be calibrated and verified .Through the analysis of product structure principle and test methods, a mathematic model of proportional guidance is built, and the artificial mathematical methods are used to calibrate and verify the driving ability of the target simulator swing mirrors. The technical problem of the special equipment driving ability is solved in dynamic testing.

Abstract:Digital image processing technique is used to analyze the high strength alloy steel corrosion samples acquired from accelerated salt spray corrosion test. A method of analyzing the corrosion feature based on various color spaces is provided. The proper color component is selected to extract the corrosion feature by analyzing various color spaces of corrosion images such as RGB, HSV, YCbCr and their statistics information. Combined with the theory of corrosion generation, the data of color channels are processed and the feature of metal material salt spray corrosion is recognized. Through processing several sample color images of alloy steel, it is proved that the feature extracted by this procedure has better accuracy and the corrosion degree is quantifiable and the precision of discriminating the corrosion is improved.

Abstract:In the context of large space temperature test of homogeneity, this paper designed a wireless thermal detection system which performed with high precision and long distance. CC2530 and CC2592 are chosen as the key modules in wireless receiving and transmitting, and Zigbee and PT100 are combined to realize data acquisition and wireless transmission. The system can perform well in the test and have a good application prospect in large space temperature field equipment calibration.

Abstract:pH is one of the important parameters of the ocean carbon cycle system. The existing pH standard material is prepared with purified water buffer solution, while the pH of seawater reference material in artificial seawater can eliminate the liquid junction error, which is more suitable to the analysis of the various components of the carbonate system. So it is necessary to study production method of the seawater pH of standard material, and make it commercially available in the market. This paper describes the research principle of seawater pH of standard material production device, and the process of the production of the device from degassing, quantitative allocation and packing. The production device is verified by test from the middle process control and standard substance completed product verification. The test results show that the seawater pH of standard material production device has a basic production ability and some suggestions are put forward for the future work.

Abstract:With the steady construction and development of BeiDou Navigation Satellite System, the related technology of BeiDou receivers has made a breakthrough. The current calibration system of BeiDou receivers is not perfect, and the relevant methods must be studied. This paper proposes a simulation test based on satellite navigation signal. Through the multi constellation navigation signal simulator, static and dynamic scenarios were designed to simulate the movement of real satellite navigation signals. The method can realize a calibration test of BeiDou receivers’ navigation precision in different carriers. The method can not only take the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation and repeatability, but also can realize the comprehensive testing of BeiDou receivers in the laboratory condition. The experimental results show that the measurement accuracy of position and velocity in BeiDou has been basically closed to GPS’s, but there is a certain gap on the stability between BeiDou and GPS.

Abstract:In the context of the harsh measurement conditions of aeroengines, this thesis analyzes the advantage of microwave sensors for the blade tip clearance measurement, and the basic structure of the blade tip clearance measurement system based on microwave is described followed by its principle of the measurement. Finally, the effectiveness of the system is proved on the dynamic experimental system, and the main influence causes are analyzed in detail. It can help the practicality application on the aeroengine test.

Abstract:The calibration method of Shore durometer test force is introduced in this paper. According to the requirement of the quality of rubber products, the measurement performance of Shore durometers is particularly important, and according to ASTM D2240-2015 Standard Test Method for Rubber Property -Durometer Hardness, a new method for the calibration of Shore durometers was studied. The use of variable arm lever balance technology makes up for the shortcomings of the existing calibration methods, which can ensure the accuracy of the test force parameters of Shore durometers.

Abstract:Aiming at the large trigger delay of digital oscilloscope, a novel multi-frequency measurement method is presented. By using the period of sinusoidal as standard, the large trigger delay is divided into two parts; one part just consists of many periods of sine wave, the other part includes the partial period of sine wave. The partial period part can be measured through phase difference method, and to the integer periods part, by using the nominal trigger delay divide the stimulation frequency, one can calculate the number of periods. Finally, through compounding the two parts, the large trigger delay is gotten. The correctness and feasibility are proved by some experiments on digital oscilloscope, and the method can be used in the calibration of large trigger delay of digital oscilloscopes.

Abstract:The method of using microwave phase to measure short displacement was presented in this paper. A resonance cavity structural microwave sensor model based on this principle was established and simulated. The ability for measure blade tip clearance on aircraft engines and the effect of high temperature for the sensor were analyzed. The result shows a high accuracy measure ability of the sensor in 0-6mm clearance under high temperature environment, and verifies a good application in blade tip clearance measurement on aircraft engines.

Abstract:This paper describes the principle of one kind of double temperature method temperature and humidity test chamber , analyzed the reasons of its inconsistent bewteen saturation temperature and dew point temperature. Lots of experiments have been done to re-define the function of its saturation temperature and relative humidity, and also through the experiments to reverse verify that the result of this new function is reliable.

Abstract:This paper uses different temperature detectors and filling medium to do the temperature experiment of a dry block digester, and discusses the influence of the temperature measurement results in different conditions. The experiment results show that it is recommended to use thermocouple temperature detectors for temperature measurement. Meanwhile the filling medium can be used as the auxiliary heat conduction to reduce the temperature error caused by non-tight contact.

Abstract:Precise, efficient, fast and convenient detection is an indispensable method and link in the machinery industry to ensure the quality, reputation and market. Three coordinates are now the most rapid and accurate detection tools, and how to make good use of three-dimensional software to better serving us? For irregular parts space size measurement, the measured elements are transformed into the existing three-coordinate identifiable geometric elements, and three coordinate measuring machine measurement software (PC - DMIS) is used by fitting and constructing measured characteristic elements, and measuring program is compiled to solve the technical problems of different parts of the irregular surface space intersection measurement.
