Abstract:In the field of aerospace, the measurement of airflow temperature has the dynamic error and the steady state errorat high speed.Numerical simulation research is used to investigate the recovery characteristics for K type temperature sensor in the supersonic condition. The key influential factorsof recovery characteristics are analyzed.The recovery characteristic model for temperature sensor under the supersonic condition is established.It provides the theoretical basis for the experiment and design of the temperature sensor. The result shows thatamong those key influential factors,the single shielded temperature sensor,total temperature and Mach numberare very helpful to improve the recoverycoefficient,the outside diameter of sensor and static pressure help to improve the recovery coefficient very small.

Abstract:The change of object distance would enormously decrease the precision of temperature measurementusing infrared thermal imaging system.In this paper, on the basis of theories of infrared object radiation andtranslationofradiation in geometry optics,formulas of tolerance of temperature measurement relations with object distance. Tolerance oftemperature measurement was calculated by using the parameters of a designed infrared thermal imaging system.Basing on the analysis,a method of improving the precision of temperature measurement by Matlab was given. The tolerance wouldbe just 0.09% to the same situation if the method was taken,which could reduce the effect on the precision of temperaturemeasurement using infrared thermal imaging system with the change of object distance.

Abstract:In this article, infrasound monitor nodes and array in different dimension are built, rosette space filter for reducing wind noise is designed, experiment shows results of noise reduction, monitor system for data management based on internet is found, method for abnormal infrasound abstracting based on improved STA/LTA algorithm and confirmation method based on energy curve and Pearson correlation coefficient are presented, sound source position are estimated by modified weighting minimum delay variance method using monitor data, accuracy is identified by result. Phase calibration of infrasound transducer is studied, prototype is built, relative error between experiment and theory is compared, and feasibility is validated.

Abstract:The performance and reliability of underwater acoustic sensor must be tested by a lot of experiments both during the development process and before actual application installed. According to the test requirements, this paper designed the five degrees of freedom precision displacement experimental device which can mount underwater acoustic sensor to complete the process of testing with achieving full coverage in the experimental tank in three linear and two rotational directions. This paper introduces a new engineering measurement method that can quickly detect the location error of screw hysteresis and overcomes the hysteresis error by software compensation. Ultimately, the works of calibration and error detection for the experimental equipment have been completed with laser tracker to ensure the accuracy of the relative position of sensors in the process of testing.

Abstract:With the development of the aviation technology,the construction of a supersonic calibration wind tunnel which meets the needs of dynamic calibration of sensors is needed.According to the general principle of supersonic nozzle design, the characteristic line theory and the method of boundary layer correction,the design of supersonic nozzle with fixed Mach number is carried out.Surface shape and design of the nozzle numerical simulation results show that this method can achieve the design requirements, to meet the requirements of a supersonic wind tunnel calibration.

Abstract:This paper summarizes the background significance of setting up the electronic measuring instrument data service platform and describes the present situation and challenge of the electronic measuring instrument data service platform ;Besides this paper introduces the function and structure of the data service platform of the electronic measuring instrument. On the basis of explaining the function and structure of the platform, this paper focuses on the building process of data service platform, including the Hadoop big data architecture and Eclipse software development platform.Finally, the paper gives a brief introduction of the web page of the human-computer interaction interface and WeChat public platform.

Abstract:This paper introduces a kind of metal bath test chamber for the test glue/paint materials under the set temperature environment to maintain temperature, the test chamber adopts the heating rods for custom aluminum heating, which can realize automatic temperature control inthe temperature range (50~220℃). This metal bath test chamber has four test chambers with Φ80 ×260 mm, temperature uniformity in the chamber is not more than plus or minus 2℃, volatility is not more than 0.2℃. Two holes on the Furnace top can realize the furnace body temperature real-time monitoring.The metal bath test chamber with small volatility, uniform heating, is very suitable for high temperature oil resistant test of the rubber sealing material.

Abstract:In the production of stamping parts, material cost is a problem that must be considered, so it has important significance in Improving utilization of materials and production efficiency for reducing manufacturing cost. Traditional blanking process record a good location by using mould to compare with materials and then punch materials in accord to these datas. It has low efficiency in mass process. This article will connect punching with machine vision for the first time. Analyzing the blanking area in materials by image processing and stocking layout precisely. Thus ;the utilization of materials and production efficiency is more improved.

Abstract:With the development of differential positioning technology, the positioning accuracy of the global navigation satellite system has been greatly improved, the principle of differential positioning is introduced in this paper, using the standard base station in the laboratory and on the basis of existing static calibration. Through the use of a rotating mechanism, the differential positioning double antenna produced circumferentially relative motion, so as to realize the difference of dynamic calibration of positioning and orientation of the receiver.

Abstract:The visibility measuring principle of the transmission method is introduced. The design and specifications of the visibility measuring device based on transmission method is proposed. The primary visibility measuring error sources of the device is detailed analyzed, including four aspects: mathematical model, hardware system, experimental methods and the environment. The effect of these error sources on measurement results is summarized. And how to reduce the errors effect is suggested.

Abstract:Shipboard Meteorological Instrument is used in meteorological observation at sea and sailing.The comparative test on the sea between two Shipboard Meteorological Instruments is introduced in this paper.The result indicated that the instruments had high internal consistency reliability in atmospheric temperature relative humidity and atmospheric pressure.The correlation results of different instruments are more than 0.9.Though there were some differences between the data of wind speeds for the actual environmental conditions, they had high internal consistency reliability in tendency chart.The differences of wind direction were small when they were converted. As a whole, the performance and stability of Shipboard Meteorological Instrument are stable.

Abstract:In the process of oil transfer measurement, temperature directly affects the K value (volume correction coefficient of temperature) and the accuracy of flowmeter calibration, and therefore directly affects the oil transfer measurement errors. On base of the analysis on the causes and course of the pipeline wax, it is pointed out that the wax precipitation is the main factor causing temperature measurement errors, and we put forward effective prevention and treatment measures to ensure the measurement accuracy handover, reduce the transfer disputes, and safeguard the economic interests of all parties concerned.

Abstract:Test and calibration is the basis for achieving accurate and consistent measurements of performance parameters of airborne equipment, ensuring product quality and improving the efficiency of equipment support. Scientific and reasonable requirement analysis is the prerequisite for efficient test and calibration. Due to the lack of standards and guidebooks, there are many problems in the practice, such as incomplete requirement, unclear parameter definition and unreasonable index requirements, etc. This paper discusses the connotation and present situation of test and calibration requirement analysis, puts forward a reasonable method, work flow and some suggestions, which can be directly applied to engineering practice.
