Abstract:Area function is a main factor that affects the measurement of hardness by nanoindentation. The influence of tip rounding on measurement of nanohardness is analyzed and verified by experiments. It is shown that the calibration of area function of an indenter is very important for improving the measurement accuracy of nanohardness and other mechanical properties of materials by nanoindentation method.

Abstract:Aerodynamic heating effect simulation device on the ground is the core part of ground testing equipment for aero-load imaging performance. We design an optical window for aerodynamic heating effects simulation device on the ground. Using the combination of theoretical calculation and simulation model, we elaborate optical window design theory in the aerodynamic environment. First, we use the theory of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to do a simulation, and achieve the toughest condition value by computing pressure and temperature values. Then according to the classical strength theory and fracture mechanics, we propose the requirements of optical materials processing, and design the thickness of the window meeting the security requirements. At last, we verify that it is a rational design by means of the coupled simulation of fluid-solid thermal, and optimize the thickness of the window according to optical imaging quality.

Abstract:以常用的典型传感器为应用对象,设计了一种可编程配置的动态特性补偿模拟滤波器,通过单片机控制改变模拟滤波器电路的结构与参数以实现对不同传感器动态特性的补偿.通过对不同方案的分析和比较,选择了合适的电路结构以及元件参数,实现了针对常见工作频带在20 kHz以下的机电系统3~6阶可编程传感器动态特性补偿滤波器.通过对由电路构成的一阶系统和悬臂梁系统的补偿,验证了该动态特性补偿滤波器的可用性.

Abstract:Turntable is one of the inertial equipment which can detect and evaluate navigation equipments, its shafting’s static stiffness, dynamics and control accuracy can affect inertial test's reliability and confidence directly. In this paper, firstly conduct bearing and drive motor of uniaxial position turntable, then simplify the finite element model using software ANSYS. Got the deformation of the simplified turntable by static analysis, natural frequencies and mode shapes by modal analysis, the results show the turntable has large rigidity, and its natural frequency is much greater than the external excitation frequency so as to avoid resonance, the finite element analysis is a foundation for subsequent optimization.

Abstract:Aiming at the difficulties of real-time measurement of the actual size of the flame in fuel combustion process, a non-contact testing system was developed to achieve the real-time measurement of the flame size based on virtual instrument platform. The system uses a USB1080P HD camera to capture flame image in real time, set region of interesting for flame image, process the image and extract the edge of flame. The establishment of the relationship between actual size and pixels is based on the dot reference diagram, and the system can access the real size of the flame in real time. Experimental results show that the system can quickly realize the measurement of the flame size, graphical display, data storage, real-time observation of the flame size change, and web publishing.

Abstract:The key indicator of electronic remote-reading water meter is mechanical-electric conversion. A non-real flow automatic test device for reliability of mechanical-electric conversion was developed based on digital image recognition. The article introduces the composition and working principle of the device, designs the mechanical positioning rotating mechanism of the device, and chooses Siemens S7-200 as the core of the lower controller. The soft platform chooses Delphi 7.0 to realize human-computer interaction and data storage.

Abstract:A large amplitude vibrator is designed based on piezoelectric ceramic to perform calibration of large amplitude vibrators. The actuating element is made of PZT8 material. A power amplifier and a LC resonant circuit which composes of inductance and piezoelectric ceramic magnify input signals and drive the vibration of piezoelectric ceramic. Vibration frequency ranges from 2 kHz to 5 kHz, the maximum amplitude reaches 7 μm and the distortion is lower than 5%.

Abstract:When calibrating speed parameters of a switch characteristics tester, the calibration device must have a speed generator to provide speed signals. This paper describes design of a speed generator used for providing speed signals when calibrating switch characteristics testers. The design procedure is discussed. The device uses STM32F407 as MCU, and time reference is provided by the timer of it. The amplitude and pulse width of output pulsing signals can be customized. We choose spring as the energy storage element, and design a mechanical structure to provide real shift. Different speed signals can be chosen based on demands of calibrated instruments to provide speed signals for calibrating speed parameters of a switch characteristics tester.

Abstract:During repeated shock accelerometer calibration, it’s found that different mounting of sensor on the comparison-method calibration device will result in different calibration results, and may even cause severe deterioration on the linearity of the measured sensitivity magnitude. This paper systematically analyzes the reasons how the different sensor’s installation result in different testing results, and proposes the corresponding solutions. The analysis here is important to standardize and improve the calibration process.

Abstract:Angle movement of directional tube may cause the initial disturbance in the launching process of multiple rocket launching systems (MRLS), and then affects the precision of movement. In view of this situation, a dynamic non-contact measuring method is proposed. In this paper the system composition is introduced, the calculation model of angle motion parameters is given, which is based on the description method of space attitude with PRY angle and homogeneous transformation, and the information extraction of light spots and the data processing are elaborated. This method is proved to be stable and reliable with high precision by means of the original rational test with three-dimensional modeling software, and it can be used in rocket weapons tests.

Abstract:The Calibration Specification for Square Testers simplifies the calibration items and methods and guarantees the traceability of length measuring instruments in order to guarantee the accuracy of quantitative values. However, due to some changes in the calibration specification to the indication error term requirements and calibration methods, the indication errors is not under control after a rectangular device tester is calibrated according to the specification. This will result in disputes during the acceptance check of such instruments.

Abstract:频谱分析仪用于周期信号或准周期信号的频谱分析,广泛应用于通信、 广播等行业,为了确认频谱分析仪的可靠性,每年都需要定期对其校准.频谱分析仪传统的校准方法中问题较多,如:校准方法不统一、 校准指令不通用、 被校准点不可更改.针对这些问题,本文提出了频谱分析仪自动校准软件解决方式,所设计的自动校准系统可对多品牌、 多系列的频谱分析仪做自动校准,自动查找识别仪器、 智能校准、 生成原始记录和证书、 功能可扩展等.该校准系统智能、 高效、 可靠.

Abstract:According to the existing verification regulations of the radiation thermometers, the actual measuring conditions will be significantly different and the test results will be different due to the unclear concepts and the unclear description of specific operation steps in the regulations. This paper puts forward a feasible operation method to improve the accuracy of radiation thermometer calibration results.

Abstract:The test system for bell-type gas flow calibration facilities (hereinafter referred to as the test system) is based on a bell-type gas flow calibration facility. The software system was developed using Access database based on Visual Studio2005. The test system uses a three-tier architecture (interface tier, middle tier, and the database layer), and it is flexible, scalable and easy to use. The software integrates machinery control, automatic measurement, data acquisition, in-situ data records, and certificate printing, and greatly reduces the intensity of verification and improves the work efficiency.

Abstract:Infrared detectors play an important role in society today. In this paper,the development of infrared detectors is reviewed,and several kinds of focal plane photo infrared detectors are compared. The demand and the application in the military field of focal plane infrared de-tectors are introduced. The research status of focal plane infrared detectors at home and aboard is present. The properties of several typical focal plane infrared detectors are also present and compared. The problems in making focal plane infrared detectors are discussed and the imaging non-uniformity of focal plane infrared detectors is analyzed. The trends and prospect of focal plane infrared detectors are also summarized.
