Abstract:综述了国内计量现状、我国计量市场化面临的挑战,提出建立以行业计量检测中心为核心、以入股方式参与利益分配的计量股份公司/集团是计量资源整合的最优途径,并给出了具体实施路径。简述了“互联网+”时代计量平台所需考虑的数据存储/处理、营销、标准化、监督/审计和信用、支付、物流、客户服务及远程计测的功能和作用,给出了基于“互联网+”的直接服务于客户的计量流程控制图。

Abstract:Accurate measurement of the area function is very important in measuring mechanical properties of materials by nanoindentation method. The commonly used methods for determining the area function in nanoindentation test are introduced. The characteristics of the various methods are analyzed. It is pointed out that the calibration of area function is necessary for improving the measurement accuracy of hardness and elastic modulus.

Abstract:Both the difficulties and solving idea of four-parameter sinusoidal curve-fit with partial period waveforms are introduced in this paper, and through the method without pre-estimation of initial value of four-parameter, the problem of less information of partial period is solved. So the pre-estimation of four-parameter in sine wave curve-fitting is not needed. Aiming at the specialty of four-parameter curve-fit with partial period, a definition about the local distortion of sinusoidal waveforms is presented, and the definition of Signal to Noise Ratio of sampling series (SNR) and the Noise to Signal Ratio of sampling series (NSR) are put forward. By using the method of varying known parameters of partial period of sinusoidal waveforms and the Gauss noise level, when the width of period, phase, and SNR are varied, the varying rules of curve-fitting error of partial period sinusoidal are studied by experiments. The results show that, in partial period sinusoidal curve-fitting, the varying rule between NSR and phase of sinusoidal series is fixed, and all the curve-fitting errors of amplitude, frequency, phase, and DC bias vary as NSR. The partial period sinusoidal curve-fitting errors can be estimated by using simulation with curve-fitting parameters. In some experiments, including the fast parameter estimation of ultra-low frequency sine wave, the demodulation of AM, FM and PM waveforms, and the precise estimation of peak of impulse, and the initial value estimation of other sinusoidal wave forms curve-fitting, the validity and feasibility of the method are proved.

Abstract:针对飞参数据样本量大、分布不均衡且随时间不断积累的特点给航空发动机异常检测带来的问题,提出采用在线SVDD进行航空发动机异常检测的方法。首先介绍了在线SVDD的基本原理,然后采用大规模数据对比分析了现有在线SVDD方法的性能,最后采用两组典型发动机典型异常进行实验。结果表明,在线SVDD能够快速准确地识别发动机异常。

Abstract:With the application of composite materials in the defense industry, the straightness measurement of composite material barrel becomes an technical issue that needs to be solved urgently. Traditional equipment used for steel pipe straightness measurement causes larger errors in composite material barrel straightness measurement. Therefore, finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to analyze the composite material barrel deformation under different load and different supporting conditions. The three-dimensional finite element model of the composite material barrel is established. The deformation of composite material barrel caused by different weight measuring equipment under different supporting conditions of composite material barrel is obtained. Corresponding test is designed to prove the validity of the finite element analysis results. It is proved that the weight of equipment and the different supporting conditions oif barrel have significant influence on the composite material barrel straightness measurement accuracy. Therefore we can reduce the influence of test equipment weight by changing the different supporting conditions of barrel. The relationship between barrel deformation and test equipment weight is obtained by using the method of data fitting, and it provides theoretical basis for the design of straightness measurement system of composite material barrel.

Abstract:A 3-D entity model of aero-engine holistic bladed disk is established and the natural model of vibration is analysed to the coupling vibration characteristics. According to the calculations of the FEA software of ANSYS, we get the resonance speed Campbell figure of the blade, analyse the basic characteristics of structure model vibration and get the pitch-frequency figure of holistic bladed disk. The results supply the reliable assurance for further studies on the structure optimization design and avoidance of resonating of the bladed disk.

Abstract:The method of MATLAB-aid design of active analog filters is introduced after a briefly review of the traditional design method. By comparing the two methods on the key steps of active analog filter design, it is clearly showed that MATLAB can simplify the process of designing active analog filters. Based on the features of active analog filters, the rules of zero-pole distribution and cascading order are proposed. Simultaneously, the method of getting filter’s amplitude/phase vs. frequency character by MATLAB is introduced and it can offer a reference for debugging the filters. Through a certain example, the method proposed in this paper is proved to be simple, understandable and feasible.

Abstract:主要描述了一种快速6自由度测量系统的硬件及软件设计,该测量系统能够对无人机遥测平台上机载载荷进行实时安装检测,确保所有搭载的载荷都能实时调整到预定位置上。系统基于视觉测量原理,利用固定式多目标光学靶的空间坐标将物体的空间位置姿态的变化反演出来,实现物体的6D快速测量,其中角度测量重复性为0.05°,位置测量重复性为0.05 mm。

Abstract:In order to enhance the automatic level for wind tunnel balance calibration, a set of measuring and controlling system based on loading by electric cylinder is designed. The system is loaded by electric cylinder instead of poise, and has functions of large loading scale,high precision,automatic loading,and automatic resetting. It is proved by test that the system can calibrate wind tunnel balance more effectively and precisely.

Abstract:A certain helicopter’s relay boxes contain a large number of relays and most of the relays don’t use independent power supply. As a consequence, it is inconvenient to do tests and experiments manually. To overcome this, a new automatic test device is designed, which integrates multiple mature and advanced techniques, including software techniques and hardware techniques. Using this new test device, logical functions of each unit of the relay boxes can be accurately tested and faults can be precisely located.

Abstract:Navigation chip has become the core competitiveness of civil satellite application with the rapid development of satellite navigation industry. System on Chip (SOC) with many advantages is one of the mainstreams of navigation chip development. We conducted test and certification to this homemade chips based on an application promotion project. This paper presents a study on test method and verifies the basic functions of the chip through assessing positioning accuracy and tracking sensitivity under different modalities.

Abstract:At present, the nozzle as gas flow transfer standard device is widely used in domestic and foreign testing organizations. In application, the selection of a single nozzle, a couple of nozzles or several nozzles depends on the required flow. Compared with the practical application of sonic nozzles abroad, domestic plants are different in such aspects as nozzle installation method, structure arrangement and the upstream design. In uncertainty evaluation, the interaction (numbers and positions) between nozzles should be considered. Two sets of sonic nozzle gas flow standard device from Beijing and Henan are chosen to measure two groups of similar flow points with turbine flow meter and calculate the deviation coefficients of different combinations of instruments. The uncertainty from this phenomenon is 0.02% and 0.07% respectively. Obviously, because of the nozzle processing, installation and use, two sets of sonic nozzle by means of experimental results are quite different. So the uncertainty analysis for the sonic nozzle device should consider this component. The job for evaluation of the standard device can be more scientific and accurate in this way.

Abstract:The effective area of a piston gauge is measured by either the direct balance or the method of initial balance. Herein, by analyzing and comparing the measurement of direct method and the other method which makes material pressure distortion coefficient and temperature compensated, it is found that the results of the two methods are different based on the different types of piston gauges.

Abstract:The circumference error of the cigarette products for filter rod and cigarette will directly affect the quality of the connection of cigarette and raw materials consumption, and so the circumference of filter rod and cigarette is an important item that must be measured and controlled. At present, the main method of measuring filter rods and cigarettes circumference is the laser method. In this thesis, the laser method measuring the principle and process is described, and the analysis is done in five aspects: the position relationship between the calibration standard and the laser beam scanning plane, the position relationship between the sample and the laser beam scanning plane, penetration of laser light through the sample, the roundness of samples, and the cleanliness of each optical device at the laser transmission path. The corresponding solutions are provided.

Abstract:By analyzing the content, structure and function of the MIL-STD-1839,we get the design thought of the metrology standard considering both the management and technology as the goal of the measurement suport of the military equipment, and get the way and means of the measurement suport dominated by equipment design based on military metrology. It can provide reference for the theory and standard research of the measurement capacity design of our defense equipment.

Abstract:针对现场测试需求,将标准温度作为压力补偿模型的影响量来源,设计了基于温度校准的数字压力校验仪。校验仪利用上位机程序获得标准温度和内置温度传感器输出值对应列表,建立温度修正模型,确保参与压力显示的温度引入量准确,能有效降低温度传感器漂移带来的影响。
