Abstract:从20世纪末开始, 在欧洲区域计量组织( EURAMET)的支持下, 欧洲各国以国家计量机构为主, 加大了对动态计量技术的研究力度, 尤其是可溯源动态力学量、 高精度运动参数等机械量的动态计量技术研究, 以及不确定度评估、 动态建模、 动态测量放大器校准等共性技术研究, 成为国际动态计量技术研究的新的热点区域. 通过深入的联合研究、 广泛的国际学术交流、 领导或参与各种国际计量组织并制定各种国际计量标准, 以PTB, LNE, NPL为首的欧洲计量研究机构在国际动态计量技术发展中展现出强大的影响力和领导力. 相关技术方向和组织管理方式对于我国动态计量技术发展具有重要的借鉴作用.

Abstract:脉冲电流测量是脉冲功率技术中经常要进行的项目. 脉冲电流测量方法分为传统的欧姆定律和非侵入式法. 本文在研究脉冲电流测量技术应用现状的基础上, 总结了目前常用的几种测量方法的原理和优缺点, 包含分流器法、 Rogowski线圈法、 霍尔电流法、 磁光式电流法、 法拉第筒法等, 并对脉冲电流测量技术的发展趋势做了展望.

Abstract:The Article introduces the conception and developmental status related to multi-component force testing technique and calibration method. It also analyzes the principle and structural characteristics of multiple multi-component force transducers and multi-component dynamometers, and introduces the executable standards and the ideas about calibration of multi-component force testing instruments. In addition, the article explains the structural characteristics and application of multiple multi-component force calibration devices.

Abstract:Precision measurement using cold atom has surpassed the traditional method, and become an important trend of current quantum precision measurement. Due to gravity, velocity of atoms changes continuously, and therefore, Doppler shift effect should be considered. In this paper, the probability of atom transition and velocity selective effect has been theoretically analyzed and calculated during the Raman pulse duration. Furthermore, the loss of the active atom of π/2-π-π/2 scheme has been estimated, as well as the decay of the fringe contrast caused by atom loss.

Abstract:X-ray fluorescence analyzer is in deficiency and manual detection results in large time delay in present online detection of mineral flotation. Aiming at these issues, a novel optimal setting of reagent dosage based on least squares support vector machine (LS-SVM) is proposed. Through obtaining a large amount of history process data from flotation running, LS-SVM is used to implement optimal setting of reagent dosage for flotation process. The simulation results based on experiment data prove the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract:Large scale nano-measurement system requires the posture of samples to be stable during large scale scanning measurement. This means the sample’s posture should be adjustable. A posture variable one-dimension platform is provided in this paper. Four pivots driven by piezoceramics linear motors were used in the system to sustain the platform, and the connectors of pivots and platform are flexible. Under the control of four-axis simultaneous motion controller, four pivots rotate synchronously. When pivots are rotating at the same speed, the platform will be in translational move. And when the speeds are different, the posture will change. In this way, we got a platform whose range of movement is 40mm with a resolution of movement of 0.2 μm, and the range of posture is 0.1o with a resolution of rotation of 0. 1".

Abstract:A vertical high temperature furnace with three homogeneous heating sections, for the purpose of reproducing the high temperature fixed point of Fe-C eutectic alloy, is mainly introduced in this paper. In addition, the structure of the furnace, the controllable temperature system, the sealing structure of cavity in the furnace, the water-cooling system and the gas-protecting system are represented in proper sequence. By analyzing the testing results of temperature field in the furnace, it shows that the present furnace can satisfy the anticipated needs of design, namely reproducing the high temperature fixed point of Fe-C eutectic alloy.

Abstract:An ultrasonic method was proposed in this paper to evaluate the bonding quality of resin carbon fibers and aluminum by analyzing the corresponding relation between the bonding defects and the amplitude, propagation time, and phase of the echo. The accuracy and reliability of the relation was verified through the testing of multi-layer specimens with embedded defects.

Abstract:This paper describes two methods about liquid pressure adjustment of varied volume, and the design and theoretical basis of back-pressure balanced liquid pressure regulators are introduced. Through experiments, the feature of the regulator was validated, and the design supplies a new method to achieve an accurate regulation for liquid high pressure.

Abstract:Based on the principle of vibration measurement by laser, a system of vibration measurement by laser in high temperature is built. Experiments are conducted to analyze the transferring effect of the connecting pole. In medium frequency, the transferring error is small and in high frequency it is large, and an appropriate simulating frequency is determined for vibration measurement experiment by laser. Compared with the referenced accelerometer, relative error of vibration measurement by laser and comparison method in high temperature is obtained, and the error influencing factors are analyzed. Experiments indicate that vibration measurement by laser can make up the shortage of accelerometer in high temperature, vibration measurement by laser in high temperature is stable and the measurement precision is high.

Abstract:This paper introduces the methods of heat flux sensor calibration and gives detailed descriptions of in-cavity calibration instruments and principles. The calibration has been performed using a sodium heat pipe blackbody and a high temperature blackbody, both with 50-mm-diam cavities. Heat flux sensors used here are circular foil type and water-cooled. An equivalent cavity model has been established to calculate the effective emissivity. The computations and experimental results show that the optimum location for the sensor is at a distance of about one cavity diameter from the cavity bottom.

Abstract:For the sake of improving the connectors’ quality, connector inspection has become an important part in manufacturing process. Considering varieties of connectors and appearance defects, this article comes up with an inspection method based on machine vision. The inspection method could be able to inspect the connector defects by means of measuring some dimension parameters of the connector and extracting the blobs of the surface defects. And this method is of some generality.

Abstract:This paper introduces the component and application of GNSS, and the positioning and orientating receiver can be calibrated by using of the short baseline field. The experimental principle, the experimental process and the experimental data are given; the receiver is calibrated by using of the simulator, and the experimental data is compared and analyzed.

Abstract:At present, the thermocouple quantity transfer system above 300℃ has the problems that measurement uncertainties are too large and measurement capability does not satisfy the need. The new quantity transfer system based on fixed point temperature measurement was put forward on the basis of the latest development of high temperature eutectic point and practical fixed point temperature measurement, pure metal thermocouple temperature measurement, and thermocouple calibration technology above 1500℃. The new transfer system can greatly reduce the thermocouple measuring value uncertainty, guarantee the quantity value transfer of each grade normally, and meet thermocouple traceable requirements.

Abstract:In existing metrology information system, the original record is not compiled in the online process, and the certificates cannot be generated automatically. Thus the work efficiency of calibration link is not high, and the certificate error rate cannot be reduced. This paper puts forward the method on how to realize online original records compilation and certificates automatic generation. It describes the difficulties in the process of design and matters needing attention in the information system. And it analyzes the advantages of the improved system and how to avoid the potential risks to the laboratory operation.

It describes US navy measurement technology activity, measurement and calibration program and metrology requirements list, and introduces some of the contents of the measurement management of labels. Abstract:Ash fusibility tester is used for testing coal ash fusibility determination, but now there is no technical document for verification regulation or calibration specification, etc. In this paper, according to its working principle and structure, the measurement and calibration method with reliability and easy operation is studied, in-depth study is carried out on the temperature control performance and measurement performance respectively, and the calibration results have good traceability and comparability.
