Abstract:The principle of CARS temperature measurement and the research progress at home and abroad are introduced in this paper. Advantages and disadvantages of some technology branches are analyzed. It is hoped that this technology can be developed and applied better in national defence science and technology fields, in order to solve problems of high temperature measurement.

Abstract:The calibration technique of dynamic force is widely used, and the measurement accuracy becomes increasingly demanding. It is important to study the calibration technique of dynamic force. This article introduces application and demand of the calibration technique in practical engineering, points out the importance of the study, sums up the main system of the calibration for dynamic force, and describes the principles, main characteristics and devices of dynamic calibration.

Abstract:为了改善人工判读飞参数据效率低且易出现误判和漏判的不良状况,本文提出一种基于稀疏自动编码器( Sparse auto-encoder, SAE)的飞参数据异常检测方法。首先构建了SAE的基本框架,然后以滑动窗口的形式生成训练样本。其次,用正常样本并结合BP算法对整个网络模型进行训练和优化以得到相应的正常样本重构误差分布阈值。最后,根据测试样本的重构误差对飞参数据中的典型异常进行检测。实验证明,该方法可在样本不平衡的情况下,仅利用正常样本构建参数空间,并得到正常样本重构误差分布门限,准确检测出飞参数据中的异常,实现飞参数据机器判读。

Abstract:A temperature control method is designed for centrifugal-temperature composite chamber for calibration of accelerometers. A design scheme is proposed for the temperature control system at first. And then, aiming at gas temperature large inertia and large delay characteristics, a Predictive PI-PID cascade control method is proposed that Predictive PI control and cascade control method are combined for the temperature control of the centrifugal-temperature composite chamber. It overcomes the poor robustness of simple PID and the adverse effects of pure delay system. The results show that: predictive PI-PID cascade control system is robust and has good regulation performance, and the performance is better than the PID and traditional PID-PI Cascade Control System.

Abstract:A method of focusing and scanning measurement is proposed to solve the flexibility defects of measurement with single-point laser vibrometers. Three stepper motors are utilized to control the focusing and scanning; one of three stepper motors controls the moving of optical lens to realize zoom variable focal length, and the other two stepper motors control the plane mirror to move toward the light spots location. The test proves the practical value of the designed arithmetic of focusing and scanning.

Abstract:The paper presents a kind of detection device for overload accelerometers. The device can provide standard acceleration in high precision and acquire the output signals of overload accelerometers. The device composition and design of data acquisition are described in detail.

Abstract:告警控制盒是飞机灯光告警系统的核心部件,采集来自飞机各系统的告警信号,经分析处理后控制信号灯盒点亮、熄灭与闪烁来表达不同的告警信息。对告警控制盒进行了测试需求分析,基于ATE硬件平台设计了自动测试电路,采用了总线程控仪器和图形化测试软件等技术,实现了告警控制盒的功能和性能自动测试。经部队使用表明,该设备具有测试效率高、人机交互界面友好和操作简单等优点。

Abstract:针对高频大电流的应用校准需求,提出了一种采用盘式分流器的大电流测试系统。盘式分流器结构采用同轴结构屏蔽外部干扰、减小趋肤效应,选用紫铜金属材料散热性能好,选用宽频大功率电阻减小温度漂移。数据采集卡高速采样可对100 A,10 kHz电流相关参数进行精确测量。实验结果证明,该系统稳定性好,测量准确度高,可以满足高频大电流测试需求。

Abstract:主要介绍了信号发生器校准系统的组成、自动校准软件的总体结构、软件设计方法和软件验证。该软件采用模块化设计,结构清晰;程控命令库和归一化测试流程设计解决了自动校准软件对各种型号信号发生器的兼容性问题;模板文件设计符合实际工作需要,数据集DataSet和DataGrid控件的设计实现了测试数据的存储和显示功能。结果表明,该软件实现了信号发生器的自动校准。

Abstract:The dynamic angular acceleration calibration device is used to realize an angular motion (Primary Angular Shock), and we can calibrate the angular motion transducers in conditions of optional pulse width and pulse amplitude. The research results of the dynamic sensitivity calibration indicated that the calibration device is feasible and reliable.

Abstract:Crash-test is the most basic and effective method of comprehensive evaluation on automobile security performance. Reference wall is one of the most important elements in the Deformation Measurement and Analysis System (DMAS), which is composed of more than 100,000 codes and targets, and provides standard value for the system to get automobile body deformation volume. A field calibration method for the reference wall of crash-test was presented in this paper, which improves the precision of calibration through proper redistribution by using photogrammetric system and scale bar, and the RMS is 0.05mm.

Abstract:A high temperature measurement method of bi-alloy of iridium and rhodium was put forward to solve the fracture problem of negative pole of conventional iridium-rhodium thermocouples. The experimental results on a high temperature calibration device show that the IrRh40-IrRh10 thermocouples have good linearity, and the sensitivity is about 3 uV/ C. An air temperature probe made by this type of thermocouples is suitable for measurement of high-temperature air flow in the engine development.

Abstract:For the past few years, the electronic information industry has been developing rapidly. As a support, the production scale of connectors has been enlarged a lot.Due to the increasingly strict requirement from electrical device factories, connector inspection is getting more and more attentions. Machine vision detection technology has been applied to the inspection of connector quality widely because of the advantages of high speed and stability. This paper introduces the application of the machine vision inspection technology in online quality detection system for electronic connectors, takes the typical stamping quality defects detection as an example to expound the structure of the system, core processing parts, the problems existing in the application and innovative methods to solve the problems, and finally analyses the reliability of the existing system.

Abstract:Clinical reference material of erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) can ensure the accuracy and comparability of ESR in time and space to realize its effective traceability. Reference method of International Council for Standardization in Haematology (ICSH) is used to define the ESR value. This paper establishes a complete and rational assessment scheme for uncertainty of ESR reference material. Firstly the main source that affects the uncertainty of reference material is analyzed, then the uncertainty component introduced by stability, homogeneity and value definition process of the reference material is calculated respectively, and finally the uncertainty of reference material is calculated synthetically.

Abstract:The sources of measurement uncertainty for nitrided case depth with hardness method are analyzed. Moreover, the measurement uncertainty of nitrided case depth is evaluated in detail by synthetic evaluation method. The influences of boundary Vickers hardness value on evaluation of measurement uncertainty for nitrided case depth with hardness method are emphasized in the study. The results show that measurement uncertainty of the whole nitrided case depth is significantly less than the effective nitrided case depth in the same test condition and method. The reason is that the uncertainty component introduced by test repeatability of measurement results is the main sources for the whole nitrided case depth measurement uncertainty; however, the main sources for the effective nitrided case depth measurement uncertainty are introduced by the boundary Vickers hardness values. The influence of indexing table and verticality deviation movement on the measurement results should be considered when evaluating measurement uncertainty for nitrided case depth with hardness method.

Abstract:The service quality is generally not understood well in the metrology industry. Aiming to solve this problem, a model of measurement customer-perceived service quality is proposed in this paper. Discussions are made on improving a company's overall service quality and achieving advantages in market competition by enhancing the explicit service quality that customers can directly feel, and by enhancing the implicit service quality that customers can feel through other carriers.

Abstract:This paper describes what measures this laboratory should take after attending a verification activity of humidity sensors organized by CNAS and getting critical values in the final results report, including analyzing the main sources of errors, stipulating relevant correction measures, and verifying the results.

Abstract:In this paper, the principles and composition of humidity standard device with 373 precision dew point hygrometer as main regulator are introduced. Experiment was done to study the repeatability and stability of the device. Experiment results show that standard deviation of temperature repeatability experiment was 0.00℃, standard deviation of humidity repeatability experiment was 0.07%RH, standard deviation of dew point temperature repeatability experiment was 0.01℃, standard deviation of temperature stability experiment was 0.02℃, standard deviation of humidity stability experiment was 0.33%RH, and standard deviation of dew point temperature stability experiment was 0.066℃. A humidity measurement software was developed based on Labview. The software provides modular structures which can automatically deal with the date of tested machines, and the original record and certificates can go into mass production automatically.
