Abstract:In this paper,the structure and principle of the constant differential flow controller,and how to apply the constant differential flow controller to gas pressure controller are introduced.The characteristic of the constant differential flow controller is validated by experimentation.The technique guarantee is provided for gas pressure controller by the constant differential flow controller.

Abstract:The rough set theory is a relatively new soft computing method to deal with fuzzy and uncertain information.This paper reviews the theory of rough set,introduces the main concept of rough set theory and discusses the application of the rough set theory mixing with the other intelligent methods.At last introduces a model to implement rough set based on FPGA.

Abstract:介绍了一种负阶跃力源上升时间的测量过程,通过在脆性材料断裂试件两侧粘贴细导线,获得其上下两个端面断裂时间差的测量结果,从而估计获得该动态力源产生的负阶跃力的上升时间,对于钢质材料,上升时间可小于30μs,低时可达到12.5μs.而对于陶瓷材料,上升时间可小于10μs,最低时可达到1μs.该结果可用于动态力源的设计和力传感器动态特性校准的参考.

Abstract:Based on the mature formulation of magnalium fuel-rich propellant,the burning rate of the magnalium fuel-rich propellant with good uniformity and stability has prepared.The effects of various factors for burning rate uncertainty on magnalium fuel-rich propellant are analyzed.The results show that the burning rate of magnalium fuel-rich propellant which we prepared has good uniformity and stability,its extended uncertainty is less than 2.0.

Abstract:The single-sheath temperature probe(SSTP) is widely used to measure the total temperature of gas flow in engine.This paper describes a dynamic modeling of the SSTP by the methods of system identification according to the dynamic calibration data of the SSTP.On the base of its modeling,a kind of fast arithmetic of dynamic compensation is used for getting transfer function of dynamic compensator of SSTP,which is the base for the hardware design of dynamic compensator of the SSTP.

Abstract:The design principles and composition of external amplifying circuit for improving voltage standard source load capacity are introduced in this paper.Through the symmetric design and careful screening devices,it makes this circuit lower additional error and higher tracking accuracy.It also solves the problem of current output capacity inadequate of general voltage standard source.

Abstract:This article focuses on measuring the project design stage to estimate the uncertainty of flatness error by the least-squares fitting and how to determine a reasonable method of sampling points.When the single point coordinate uncertainty is known,adopting the ideal point coordinate estimating method,the volatile multiplier factor is calculated then the quantity of sampling point of the measurand element and the least-square flatness error uncertainty of measurement are obtained.
