Abstract:Extracting features of the faults is one of the most important processes in the aircraft engine incipient faults diagnosis.We study the aircraft engine rotor faults and present two methods for extracting feature of faults based on empirical mode decomposition(EMD) and wavelet transformation respectively.Through the numerical data magnitude analyzing and emulation,we compare the characteristics between two methods.Under the environment of Matlab7.0,a soft system of extracting feature of the fault is developed.The experiment result shows that the time-frequency method based on EMD can effectively extract the feature of unbalanced fault signal and is proper for non-frequency modulation signal procession.

Abstract:This paper presents a method of the dynamic error compensation of piezoelectric gyro based on wavelet filter.The method of Kalman filter and IIR low-pass filter are compared with this method.The practical data shows that the method is most effective to reduce the dynamic errors of piezoelectric gyro and improves its precision.

Abstract:The temperature drift is an important factor to effect the measurement precision of the ultrasonic flowmeter.This paper puts forward a model of maths which has not an effect on the temperature drift,and it makes the relative hardware simple.The method in this paper is used by the ultrasonic flowmeter and a very good effect has been obtained.

Abstract:The bimicrophone method is an important in situ method to measure the acoustic impedance of acoustic liner,which is going to be investigated in this paper.Because the hole of the honeycomb is too small for microphone to be inserted in,a probe microphone,using a slight probe to lead the pressure out to be measured,is designed.After strictly calibration,the bimicrophone method is used to measure the acoustic impedance of a resonant cavity and a honeycomb perforated liner.And the experiment data are compared with the theoretical results.

Abstract:Pointing to the requirements of measuring the motion of elevator and aileron of an aircraft,the principle and algorithms of the strapdown attitude test system with single axis is put forward.The structure of the instrument based on MEMS IMU for testing the rudder's motion is given also.Simulation proves that the instrument performance satisfies the need of the test of the rudder motion.

Abstract:The flux and the temperature difference between inlet and outlet of the heat-supply system must be measured when measuring heat flux by heat meter,and then the result can be calculated.The whole process is complex,low accuracy and high cost.To solve these practical problems,we propose a new-type facility based on conservation of energy.Numerical simulation is used to analysis the theory of measurement,it approves that the measurement of the new-type heat meter has nothing to do with the flux.It is one advantage of the new-type heat meter,by which the energy measurement could get ridding of the influence of flux.At the same time,it also simplifies the measuring process and reduces the cost greatly.

Abstract:An improved method for measurement of complex permittivity using six-port reflectometer is presented.Error caused by incomplete superposition between the measured plane and reference plane,which is often in the case of conventional measuring method,is eliminated with the developed novel algorithm by separating the two planes.The simple and accurate numerical solution of the transcendental equation is given.The relationship between multivalued spacing of relative permittivity,measuring frequency and length of the sample has been gained.Some experimental results have validated the efficiency and practicability of the proposed method.

Abstract:为了解决先进飞机电气系统中用电终端负载的管理和控制问题,提出了基于TMS320F2812数字信号处理器的以通用终端模块为核心的电气系统测控平台设计;论述了主要硬件选择的依据,并说明了具体信号采集电路的构成.同时,采用实时多任务系统μC/OS-Ⅱ作为本次设计中的操作系统;利用CPLD实现了系统I/O端口的扩展;并结合2812对信号的快速处理能力,确保了整个系统的可靠性和实时性.
