Abstract:According to the requirements of multi-sensor data fusion in modern measurement process, a new data fusion method based on the fuzzy clingy degree is given and its measurement applicaton is studied in the paper. Applied measurement example proves that the method is feasible and it can give priority to the high-stability, high-reliability sensors and it is laconic, efficient and advantageous to real-time measurement.

Abstract:A method of design of FIR filter based on neural network is proposed in this paper. Amplitude-frequency FIR filter with linear phase is characteristic of finite fourier progression. So a neural mode of cosine basis with three layers is set up, and optional net nodes are discussed. Simulation result shows that better result can be achieved to all kinds of digital filter. There is no fluctuating, frequency value is easy to control precisely.

Abstract:With the tool of queueing theory, the mathematical model of an integrated avionic network system is established. The index of time performance of the system for MIL-STD-1553B data bus used as the interface of inter connecting network is quantitatively analyzed and studied, and the construction and dynamic character of the integrated avionic network system are described and analyzed in this paper.

Abstract:This paper discusses the design and the realization of missile wing and rudder electric simulation load test system based on digital signal processor(DSP) TMS320LF2407 and direct torque control(DTC) servo driver ACS600. The rapidify of this system and operation principle of the system are presented. The rapidity of this system and the method of eliminating the superabundant torque are researched. Two key difficulties for speediness and eliminating the superabundant torque of the electric load simulation system are all investigated. Test result shows that the air resistance can be accurately and rapidly simulated. when missile wing and rudder are spreading.

Abstract:This paper introduces the criterion of piezo actuators using strain gage for closed loop control. The method is based on the principle of electrical resistance, four strain gages are directly bonded on the surface of ceramic stack to form a Wheatstone bridge. With the displacement of ceramic stack, the bridge resistance will be changed and this change can be converted to the shift of voltage. The experiment data are studied to find the hysteresis behavior of piezo in different condition, and find that those hysteresis curves are similar in shape. Just based on this characteristic, one of the curves is employed to establish the model of control. The results with the feedback of strain gage show that the hysteresis of the piezo actuators can be eliminated and the repeatability can be as good as several nanometers.

Abstract:A character recognition system for tire code is implemented by the digital image processing technology. First capturing the images by CCD camera, after preprocessing and featrue extracting, the system recognizes the character information based on ANN. The results show that the method is feasible.

Abstract:A novel approach to calibrate PIGA (Pendulous Integrating Gyro Accelerometer) on three-axis turntable is presented in the paper. The approach can separate and attenuate the impact of friction moment of outer gimbal and alternating moment caused by the intersecting acceleration on the accuracy of accelerometer. By the new methods of accelerometer input axis misalignment, the error angle of accelerometer is reduced and the calibrating accuracy of accelerometer is increased.

Abstract:The authors present a novel detecting method of Liner Variable Differential Transformer Self-monitoring signal. Based on that, by a technology of time division multiplexing, the circuit using one chip of universal LVDT signal conditioner that can simultaneously process the output signal and the monitoring signal is designed. Experiments upon the linearity and fault detecting capacity of the circuit are performed and the results are analyzed.

Abstract:In this paper, it is described that the uncertainty of evaluation results of Vertical Position Linearity of Analogue Oscilloscopes(VPLAO), including the courses of analysis and evaluation of uncertainty of it. Some error sources of VPLAO are discussed, including the signal amplitude errors, the reading errors of oscilloscopes, the repeatability and so on. The uncertainty of VPLAO is given out. In an example of experiment, the analysis and uncertainty evaluation results of VPLAO by using the method in this paper are presented. The courses and conclusion of analysis and uncertainty evaluation of VPLAO in this paper can be applied to the uncertainty evaluation of measurement standards of VPLAO and can also be used in the uncertainty evaluation of VPLAO itself.
