Abstract:During the process of the aerocraft-structure strength experiment, the accurately simulating loading-couse of the real structure by using electrohydraulic synchro-loading system is very important for safe design of aerocraft-structure and reliability of experimental data. In this paper, in connection with the character of the strong coupling, nonlinear and time varying of the electro hydraulic synch-loading system, the neural network decoupling control method is applied to resolving the problem, of the force coupling of different channels, and the synchro-loading test of two channels is performed. Experimental results show that the good dynamic control effect can be obtained and the accurate synchro-loading control can be realized.

Abstract:Aiming at hyperspectral target detection in the unknown environments, an automatic target detection algorithm based on projection is presented in this paper. Through orthogonal projection, the approach suppresses part of interference information beforehand and finds the potential targets using unsupervised automatic target search method from the data processed before. After that, it projects the data into the subspace spanned by the potential targets to strengthen the target information and extracts the targets with matching method finally. The algorithm effectively lessens the bad effect of interference on target detection and reduces the range of target searching. The experimental data are processed using our method, and the satisfying results are achieved.

Abstract:By means of the complex optimization method, the characteristic curve of stick force vs. displacement on aircraft steerage stick is drawn up through fragmenting and fitting a good many sampled curves of stick force vs. displacement of aircraft steerage stick by actual test. A least-square formula of fitting to a beeline passing a certain dot is derived. This optimization algorithm has merits of wide selec-ton range of initial value, reliability and rapidly convergence.

Abstract:The theory of Short-time Fourier Transform and its character are introduced in this paper. The cancellation system of echo interference caused by the coupling of the microphone and the receiver in the table VF system is designed. Using STFT, this system can transfer the necessary signal and the noise signal into the frequency field and the noises can be eliminated through the subtraction of spectrum. The theoretical analysis and estimation methods of subband least square filter based on multichannel echo suppressor are given. This method has stronger self-adaption ability, rapid algorithm convergence and high control accuracy.

Abstract:In this paer, nanoindentation experiment of single crystal aluminum is realized by nano-in-denter. The indentation pattern is scanned by an atomic force microscope (AFM) and hardness value is calculated from it. Hardness property of single crystal aluminum on nano scale is researched emphatically. The results show that the size effect phenomenon exists in nanohardness measurement of single crystal aluminium when the indentation depth is bigger than 2000nm. The essential difference between nanohardness and conventional hardness is discussed; the main reason of it lies in the different emphasis of material property on different scale.

Abstract:This paper explains the signal syncretism principle and realization method of designing the bus interface bwtween aerial camera and navigation system. The bus interface that has been made up can receive the data of ARINC561 bus, ARINC429 bus, ARINC407 bus and RS-422 bus. The experiment porves that the system can be operated steedy, receive the data accurately and has high realibility.

Abstract:A kind of single-ended fly-back switching power supply, which mostly be used as the power supply of one-chip computer system based on TOP224Y, is researched in this paper. The power supply outputs two channels DC voltages of + 5V and + 15V. its method of engineering design is brought forward according to the quality of TOP224Y , and its peripheral circuits are analyzed and dis cussed in terms of characteristics of the one-chip computer power supply. At last, the performance of the power supply is verified through experiments.

Abstract:In this paper, the reconstruction scheme, status after reconstruction, calibration results of gear measurement center and comparision results of masters are introduced. National Institute of metrology calibration proves the new gear measurement center has high repeatability and precision. According to the calibration results, this new gear measurement center could meet all the calibration re quirements of the measurement of grader profile master, helix master and class 2 gear.

Abstract:During the process of developing the fuse and detonator blasting speed calibrator, a C51 single-chip microprocessor (SCM) based on intelligent instrument, we introduce the complex programmable logic device (CPLD) to treat the high-speed signals that exceed the ability of the microprocessor. We have developed an effective method to combine the microprocessor and CPLD.

Abstract:The article introduces a suit of general electric parameter test system of airplane power supply products based on PC/104 bus and virtual instrument technology in detail and the principles of software and hardware realization method are presented. The design principle of this test system is discussed. Finally, combining with the design of the overall system, the design and realization of the test system software under LabVIEW development environment are introduced.
