Abstract:In order to study the absorbing work of undercarriage under the impact load in the landing gear drop test,it is necessary to measure the dynamic values of three direction displacement of aircraft wheel in the twinkling of the aircraft landing.Therefore,a space positional device with four degrees of freedom is designed and connected with the computer measurement system.By using this experiment device,the three direction displacement of aircraft wheel under the high speed impact load can be measured and recorded effectively.

Abstract:With the increasing of the cost and complexity of products,Failure Modes and Effects Analysis(FMEA) are becoming an indispensable part of the design process of complex systems.However,it isn't effective for complex system due to the qualititative reasoning maily by experiences,which is overloaded with details.It is difficult to ensure the fault effect of each fault modes.In this paper,based on the functional role model theory,the reasoning rule and the technique of FMEA,which are facing to Built in Test(BIT),are developed.The process of fault analysis is illustrated by the Fuel metering System of jet plane engine.The results of research show that the fuctional role model theory can be more efficient and effective in the FMEA.

Abstract:This paper introduces a kind of integrate control display system simulator for the software test of strapdown inertial navigation system(SINS), which is designed by the virtual instrument technique. The simulator can provide the realtime system parameter, it can verify the bottom communication function and also can provide a reference benchmark for the whole system debugging. The simulator is now applied in the software detect for a kind of strapdown inertial navigation system of our country.
