Abstract:采用硬件描述语言VHDL设计了专用于方向余弦阵计算的集成电路,可用于对激光陀螺或挠性陀螺输出的脉冲信号或脉宽调制信号进行方向余弦阵计算。输入脉冲频率最高可达1 MHz;分辨力为1.57"时,最大角速率可达400(°)/s。方向余弦阵的元素采用64位有符号定点数表示,计算精度达1.08×10-19。硬件结构采用64位宽度的循环移位链,核心计算单元由46个8位加法器构成3级流水线并行处理。

Abstract:Star sensor is a kind of high-accuracy posture sensitive measuring system, how to confirm star sensor's photo-spot of corresponding fixed star at the moment of photography, that is stellar map recognition, it is the key of posture measurement. According as the specialty of stellar map recognition problem and the characteristic of the neural network technology, this article proposed a method of sample construction based on the method of stellar map recognition of the BP network. It can give consideration to the performance, efficiency and easy realization.

Abstract:The grade 1 ring gauge measuring instrument is such a measuring technology taking the laser interferometer, static state photoelectric microscope and precision micro-displacement measuring device as the main technologies. The organic combination of the above three technologies makes the uncertainty of this instrument meet the measuring requirements of the grade 1 ring gauge regulated by the OIML.

Abstract:The type KJY precision aperture-meter is the special meter for measuring bore diameter of the ring gauge. Within the ring gauge measurement regulation(JJG894-95),it is used as the first selected instrument calibrating grade II ring gauge. Based on the above,the computer control technology is applied to this instrumant and then its performance is increased further. The principle of the improved part is presented and the uncertainty of the instrument is analyzed in this paper.

Abstract:Based on a type 3001 gear measuring machine equiped additionally with a computer, a printer, a drafting instrument, a digital control box and a series of software, the multi-function gear measuring machine is composed. The computer control, grating measurement, multi-parameter dynamic display, automatic drafting and printing and evaluation of precision grade are adopted by the system. It can do the auto-measurement and auto-evaluation for main errors of the cylinder gear and it can be fitted for technology reform of coordinate gear measuring instrument.

Abstract:Taking the internal Xingtian UMM as an example, the basie principle of the intellectual-ization reform of UMM, the main functions of 2D measuring software, the mathematic algorithm of the universal geometric elements and its form and position error are presented. Some measures ensuring test accuracy are discussed. The verification and comparison results of U1 and U2 are given.

Abstract:Combining with the current status and practice of the measurement of flight test, the fairly accurate effect and significance of the flight test result for developing the metrological confirmation management and on-site metrological confirmation of the special test equipment are analized and discussed. The way, method, relative confirmation technology of metrology confirmation for special test e-quipment and some problems to be resolved during metrology confirmation are proposed.
