Abstract:In recent years,much attention has been attracted on micro sensors.This paper introduces some aspects of novel development of microsensors.The following typical microsensors will be included:three axis accelerometer,single/dual axis accelerometer chip,surface micromachined gyroscope,micro inertia navigation system,micro magnetic flux gate sensor,micro magnetic resistance sensor,the nano Pirami pressure sensor,the micro coriolis force based mass flowmeter,a millimeter wave image sensor,GPS watch,CO 2(1cm 3)microsensor and micro/ultra micro angular displacement sensor.The essential sensing structure ,sensitiveness mechanism,and potential feature are introduced briefly.It is seen from the features and characteristics of the above microsensors that microsensors are already very important and useful parts of sensors

Abstract:In order to get parameters of the high temperature mechanical characteristic of different portions of the high speed flying body surface such as thermal stress,thermal strain and structural expansion etc,it is necessary to establish the experimental simulation system of the transient aerodynamic heating for high speed flight vehicle.The characteristics of transient heating control process of aerodynamic simulation experiments are complicated change,high non linearity,transient and strong coupling.Based on the fuzzy cintrol method,a transient aerodynamic heating simulation control system for missiles is completed.The quick and accurate dynamic control of aerodynamic simulation heating process according to the transient and continuous change of heat flow or temperature on the surface of the high speed flight vehicle can be completed by using this control system.

Abstract:Based on the exponential attenuation principle for gamma ray,a radioactive fuel density transducer has been developed to measure fuel density under various environmental,and the radioactive fuel density measurement technology has been applied to the aircraft aboard fuel system as well.This paper describes the operation principle,mathematic model and data analysis of radioactive fuel density transducer in detail.

Abstract:In this paper,a Micro Control Unit(MCU) temperature controller equipped with digital controller based on the PID control theory is taking ADuC812 as its core.The hardware design method is described and a series of actual curves tested on the tube furnace with PID controller to control the temperature are given. The result shows that this temperature controller has good effect on temperature control and high utility values as well as its advantages are simple to design its hardware,low cost and low power consuption and small size.

Abstract:This article introduces the structure,operation principle (except micrometer) of measuring tool grinder and the influence of the change of parameters on grinding. Furthermore, the author classifies and analyses the problems, and points out improvement methods such as individually equipping grinder to reduce the grinding stroke, using the carving line on the jaw cupper block to locate calipers, determining the coinciding of two side faces of leading ruler and square ruler to ensure the paralleling between the outer measuring claw and slider.

Abstract:The uncertainty of evaluation results of sampling rates of linear measurement system by using the data number counting method in one standard signal period,the courses of analysis and evaluation of uncertainty of sampling rate are described in this paper.Some error sources of sampling rate evaluation are discussed.Several main methods about decreasing the sampling rate evaluation errors and evaluation uncertainty have been proposed.Through a group of examples of experiment,the analysis and evaluation results of sampling rate and its uncertainty by using the method in this paper are presented.The course and conclusion of analysis and evaluation of sampling rate uncertainty in this paper, can be applied to the uncertainty evaluation of measurement standards of relative specifications, can also be used in the uncertainty evaluation of sampling rate itself.

Abstract:The real time supervision of some state parameters related to the test resorce and the UUT is the key problem that must be solved during the devolopment of auto test system.In this paper,the real time data supervision has been realized by applying the share memory technology.The test result shows that this method can be used in the real time supervising effectively.And the safety of the test system has been improved.

Abstract:The management system of the military industry metrology members of National Defence is a sub system of the military industry metrology information management system of national defence.The system can supply natural situations about ages and qualities etc.of the metrology management members,science researchers, verification members and supervisors for the metrological technology organizations of national defence,and it can be able to inquire, print and count through different compositions.The mangement system can supply the consulting services for training members, management of holding certification members and flow of talented people etc.. Abstract:Carrying out the military standard GJB9001A-2001, the special requirements of the common device control related to manufacture and check are discussed in this paper. About how to understand the contents of the relative clauses of the standard and to do the measurement and check of the common device well, some view points are presented by the authors. At the same time, before the check of the common device, the authors put forward their opinions about doing calibration. And some problems paid attention to are proposed when do calibration.
