| This paper introduces a new method to create a precision standard for installing andcalibrating large mechanism using steel wire stretched,capacitance sensor and multi-function gauges. Italso describes applications, calibrating method and per formances of the capacitance sensor, as well asdesign principle of multiple function gauges. |
